1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Zorvik Tech ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or utilizing our website, platform services, or licensing digital products from our directory, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you disagree with any portion of these Terms, you are prohibited from utilizing our platforms, API endpoints, or client dashboards.

2. License Grant & Permitted Use

Subject to these Terms and any selected payment plans, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to utilize our software, templates, and digital assets.

General Restrictions

You must not reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass the Edge Identity Resolver or license verification APIs.
You must not use our software or templates to host illegal content, distribute malware, or participate in spamming operations.
You must not attempt to exploit rate-limiting windows or access the database without administrative authorization.

3. Account Safety, Authentication & RLS

To access secure dashboards, you must create a verified account linked with our Supabase Auth services. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

Every administrative transaction is securely tracked inside the 'management.tbl_audit_logs' ledger.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that present security threats, violate policies, or attempt privilege escalation.

4. Payment Tiers, Billing & Licensing

All subscription plans, pricing options, and template packages are detailed inside the Plan Orchestrator.

Billing Frequency: Payments are processed in advance depending on the selected plan (monthly, annual, or custom contract).
Suspension Conditions: Non-payment or overdue invoice statuses will trigger automatic service suspensions ('PAYMENT_DUE'). Suspended clients will instantly see a standard administrative hold splash screen instead of their active dynamic page.
Rate Limits: Plan quotas (including API rate limits) are actively enforced at the edge based on the assigned subscription tier.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, all original software code, the 3D WebGL engine, design systems, glassmorphism layouts, custom CMS mechanisms, and corporate logos are the exclusive property of Zorvik Tech.

Any unauthorized reuse of our styling systems or custom code without a valid license key is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Zorvik Tech, nor its developers, officers, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

Temporary server or edge resolver down-times.
Unauthorized data access resulting from user credential leakage.
Loss of profits or operational delays.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the local jurisdiction rules of our corporate location, without regard to conflict of law principles.
